All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the delicate craftsmanship remains protected during transit.

  Carefully wrap your statue in its original protective foam and boxing to prevent any chips or damage during the return journey.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
